Walter was a God sent! I had an emergency with a burst pipe and didn’t know what to do. I had horrible experiences with Thumbtack and had made up my mind not to use the company anymore. But when I had this emergency I cautiously reached out and was fortunate to get Walter. 1. He was quite responsive. Came promptly within 30 mins. 2. He came prepared. And all his tools and quickly fixed my burst pipe 3. He went above my ask and told me I needed to get the pipes insulated. I begged him to go get materials in my behalf at Home Depot and Walter did! 4. His price was quite cheap for all of the work done! I never write reviews but his empathy and promptness had my writing this. Please hire him. You will not regret it. Thank you Walter
