Bloom and Sparkle were amazing! She was so responsive and helpful planning my daughter’s sweet 16. I contracted her to do the balloons and then kept adding items, center pieces, and favors. They were all amazing! I would refer her in a heartbeat and hiring her was one of the best decisions!

Elizabeth is the sweetest and the most honest person i have ever met...I hired Elizabeth for my daughter's 18th surprise birthday party and she did a beautiful job the colors that I chose were spot on the arch was beautiful centerpieces were adorable and the decorations around the room were amazing..I highly recommend Elizabeth you will not be disappointed
