My fiance and I decided to renovate our 1,000 sq ft basement in Bayport Long Island as we are expecting and we would like to host majority of get togethers for 2025 here at our home. Carlos from GVS Custom Designs made this process less of a headache just off of his ideas, and expertise. My fiance is the type who loves to know every detail with everything which I thought would steer him away, however Carlos answered every question, gave every option and honestly overextended himself to give clarity to my pregnant fiancé who finally was at peace. I was given GVS Designs through a friend due to getting myself a new apartment, a small 1 bedroom, but it as enough for me, Carlos from GVS designs, sketched my current layout I still have today, small repairs and minor renovations so that all of my stuff and furniture not only fit but I was afraid of having the place look “cluttered” and he did the exact opposite, I love my new place. Thank you so much GVS, I definitely recommend him to whoever is seeking clarity when things seem impossible !

We also offer discounts for projects involving disability services as well as Youth Recreation Centers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at GVS Custom Designs LLC. I try to be as transparent as possible from start to finish. From your free consultation call all the way to the final installation and farewell. Communication is key, I answer your questions, comments, concerns around the clock, making myself constantly available to ease the stress many projects can bring. Once the onsite measurements and walk through is conducted we get right to work as you are sent the proposal as well as any other important document necessary for your project. Speed kills, and that is why if you need approvals or documents from your township, HOA, or whichever appropriate board, we will make sure to take care of everything for the client in a timely manner. Let's make your project, home design or home buying experience, one you will never forget.
