FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Finances are important obviously, however I desire a true passion for this, I love making someone, a stranger, a new valued customer who will be treated as such, YOU, happy and excited for what the future holds for their desired finished/renovated/repaired space. Price will be discussed when I arrive for the estimate, take my measurements, ask for your wishlist, your insight, and turn it into something you can look at and be truly excited for. Plus, I am the cheat code to all the contractors who are ready to overcharge you at the door, my estimates are not hypothetical, a guestimation, or what I "think" the going rate is. The estimates are based solely off of facts, facts of pricing of material, facts of how much the average labor costs, facts of reality of what the world is that we live in today. I am here to sell you a dream, but not a false one, a reality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I utilize a technique that sadly has been dismantled in this industry which is LISTENING to the customer. Finding out exactly what the expectations are as I will give my insight to give clarity, reassurance, or enhance the original idea proposed. I like to build a relationship and get to know who YOU are, what interest you, what you tend to stay away from, what will excite you. This industry has developed a really ugly false bravado where the architect, the builder, all parties involved tend to forget that this is providing a service to YOU, the paying customer. The typical bad attitude, know it all, never listening persona that is sadly all too expected today, you will not get from me. In fact I would like to leave such a good family oriented feeling in your mind that the thought of iniviting me over when the job is complete to see the finished product is a real thought and possible action you take when its all said and done. Whether the space is 450 Sq feet or 5,000, the same passion, effort and loyalty will be displayed, or your money back.
