What a wonderful experience it has been working with Ron. He was responsive, professional, gave us a great quote and went above and beyond fixing a big crack and sagging ceiling. We picked Ron because he made us feel comfortable having a stranger work in our house for several days. That being said when Ron was done he was no longer a stranger but rather our go to Family Handyman. We adore Ron and absolutely appreciate the work he did. Our ceiling looks great! I reached out to Spence Construction to repair drawers in my kitchen. Within 2 days Ron was here giving me an estimate. Shortly thereafter he got to work and I couldn’t be more pleased! Not only did he expertly fix the drawers and get me back in business, but he also did several follow up calls to make sure I was happy.
