- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an all inclusive price where we charge by the square foot . Everything is straightforward and upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First need to find out past history if there was any carpet cleaning service in the past. Second, rate from a scale of 1-10 with 1 being worst and 10 being best , the condition of the carpet , tile, upholstery. Third , appx size of the areas. Measure the room sizes with tape measure or by walking foot after foot . Then multiply length x width to get area size
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had many classes with IICRC which is a program for carpet cleaning professionals. But besides the way to really to get a good job is by having integrity and skill. No matter how much certificates you receive it still won't make you a excellent cleaner. It is technique and guarantee.
