This passionate, knowledgable, personable instructor is able to adapt to my unique (and often difficult) learning style, and schedules based on my availability. You can visit her studio, but she also offers home visits on certain days. She has a talent with teaching beginners (like myself) who never got a grasp on music theory, but would also be an excellent guide for advanced students as she is skilled at pinpointing exactly what areas need to be worked on to reach the next level, and pushes her students to aim for heights they dont think they can reach.There are thousands of talented and dedicated classically trained musicians out there, but I find its rare to meet somebody who is all that PLUS a talented teacher. Definitely call this woman.

It is essential to have a music teacher who is (1) flexible enough with methodology to ensure the student is learning in a way that works for them; (2) compassionate enough to have understanding and joy with the process of learning – which is more often than not a ‘less than’ straight path; and (3) smart and talented enough to be able to create a lesson week after week that holds intrigue, wonderful surprises, and extraordinary learning in a joyful way for the student. AON hits the mark on all 3 points. I continue to be amazed by my experience as a student of theirs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the breakdown of monthly packages that I offer. I do offer a referral discount, as well as an immediate family discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule free trial lessons for potential customers. It gives them a chance to meet and get to know me or one of the other instructors within the AoN team as a person and teacher prior to making a financial commitment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve studied music formally for over 10 years, as well as informally (self taught) for various instruments and singing.
