- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing on my page is based on a piano that has been maintained in recent years. If the piano has not been tuned in a very long time, our initial visit may take longer than a standard tuning would. I put a lot of time and dedication into getting pianos back in shape that have not been tuned in years. I really love giving new life to these pianos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to learn each and every one of my customers pianos. Each piano is tuned differently. Each piano with its unique tones it produces needs to be cared for accordingly. As I go into a customers home I love to build a relationship with the customer and also the piano itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by master technicians in tuning and repair, regulation, voicing, and case repair. I’m fully certified through PianoDisc to install their products and I’m trained in piano Humidity Control Installation.
