FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The organizing process follows a series of steps. First, I have a discussion with the client about their project, focusing on their needs, wants, problem areas, vision and end goal. After this, we move on to the hands-on part, where the organizer(s) empty out all the drawers, shelves and/or closets in the space that they’re tackling. As they clear the area, they categorize everything, grouping similar items together. Then, the client reviews each category and decides what to keep, donate, or discard. Finally, the organizer(s) organize the items they choose to keep, using repurposed bins or organizing products the organizer(s)!sourced specifically for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been an organized person, even as a young child. I found joy in keeping things tidy and creating systems that made life easier. As I got older, I realized how much I loved helping others achieve that same sense of order. Seeing the transformation from chaos to calm—those satisfying "before and after" moments—really inspired me to turn my passion into a career. Being able to help others create organized spaces that bring them peace and productivity is incredibly rewarding.
