- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SKYTOUCH Solutions has a standard service rate of 94.50 for the first hour. For many companies, it is required and a minimum of 2 hours for an accurate diagnosis, and if possible, a solution to the problem. Our customers that maintain a Managed Services IT Contract, receive significant discounts hourly, subsequent their pre-allotted hourly package. Labor rates are less for surveillance projects estimating based on the complexity of the environment from $65-$85/hr. Our Data and Voice wiring rates are per drop, and can range from $65 a line up to $150 a line on complexity and certain environment circumstances. SKYTOUCH Solutions believes pricing should be competitive, accurate to the demographic and always catered to the customers immediate needs.

This is what we love the most. The initial meeting is where the true value and foundation of the business relationship starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are qualified either with college degrees for computer science, CompTIA, Microsoft Certification, Cisco certified, HIPAA compliant, Sarbanes-Oxley compliant and security awareness.
