- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 15% off for multiple programs or multiple hours at the same location. We sometimes charge a small travel fee, but the company does not profit from it, it all goes directly to the presenter to help offset some of their expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the needs of the customer's event and work together to accommodate any unique requirements or requests. Then we get the event into our booking system, from which the customer receives automatic confirmation emails and texts. Approximately 72 hours prior to the event, customer will receive a confirmation email and text as well as a call and/or text message from their presenter to go over any details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a team we have well over 50 years experience working with animals. Many of us have studied biology and various disciplines of ecobiology but the in depth knowledge of these unique creatures has been a lifelong process of discovery by seeking mentors and sources of information on our own.
