Never get structural engineering from thumbtack! We did a kitchen remodel and removed a column at the end of a partial wall that Reme & Associates told us wasn’t load bearing. A few months later we saw a faint hairline crack in our master bedroom which is above the kitchen. We informed them and he visited once after and said he couldn’t diagnose the issues. His assessment was to blame the moved plumbing but now the hairline cracked is larger and there is separation between the floor and baseboards right above the kitchen. He ghosted us and haven’t heard from him since after repeated calls to try to rectify the situation . Use at your own risk buyer be ware!

Second report was sent to you. We have not gotten any communication back from you in a long time and assumed that you had the report. We always answer our phone, return messages, and respond to emails so your claim of us “ghosting you” is erroneous. Also the issue was diagnosed and documented in our report as well.
