I have a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house that’s over 2500 square feet that I own and rent out. After my previous tenants moved out I hired Franklen to change all the interior doors, paint, and rip out all of the carpet. He replaced the carpet with vinyl plank flooring and I love it. I plan on getting my kitchen remodeled down the line and I will definitely contact him to do the project.

I was very pleased and happy with the two bedroom remodel that Franklen has done in my home. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after meeting and speaking with him, I knew I made the right decision.
