John came right away and gave me a time frame as well as an estimate within a few days. The project was done within the time frame, despite weather issues. They also responded quickly for another job on the house as well.

I've hired Sullivan Co for a few small repairs and two larger renovations in a condo in an old building, over a period of years. They have consistently done excellent work on both small and large projects. I especially appreciate that they've been on time and on budget, and that they were willing to do small repair jobs years after I'd initially hired them for a bigger job. That's a reason I hired them again for another bigger renovation later. Got the same great service. They came up with an approach to the second renovation that I hadn't thought of and it worked out great, saving time and cost. I'd hire them again without hesitation. Quality work, good communication, highly responsive.

We’ve had the Sullivan Company as a partner in improving and maintaining our home since 2006. They built our carriage house, done our big chores and handled numerous repairs and renovations. We have complete confidence in them and wouldn’t consider working with anyone else.
