FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work by a modified "value pricing" model so that the client knows what the monthly or annual cost will be and there are no surprises or any kind of worry about what it will cost them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a one hour meeting at no charge to determine the needs of the client. Once we have that, we look at the system or work that needs to be done, come up with a plan and time frame, and finally a quote. We work by a modified "value pricing" model so that the client knows what the monthly or annual cost will be and there are no surprises or any kind of worry about what it will cost them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three Certified Public Accountants, and one is a former IRS Auditor. This is extremely helpful because we know what the IRS wants, what they will allow, what triggers audits and so forth. The risk of audit can be greatly reduced because of this expertise. We are also members of the State Board of Accountancy in NH, and are members of the AICPA. Also, we have a part time professional who holds a BS in Accounting and one who holds a BS in Marketing. The firm is up to date (and oftentimes over) on the continuing education required by the AICPA.
