- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start off meeting a new customer at the location of the job. Communication is the most important when we start working with a new customer. I will ask pin point questions regarding material options, job duration, scheduling, budget, and a step by step plan of attack going into the job. After the conversation, We will do a walk through of the property to visually see what the customer is aiming to get done. After the walkthrough and a few pictures and measurements, I will submit the final write up in order to have all parties acknowledge and sign off on everything listed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent a a few years in the carpenters union before starting the business with my younger brother. My foreman (younger brother) has spent his entire life in the field learning and mastering all his skills of the trade.
