Very professional. Had him come to do an accessment of possible damage to the ceiling in my apartment that my association insisted on me fixing, based on neighbors complaining. He did a thorough examination and told us that our place was fine. Instead of ripping us off, he wrote a letter based on his expertise to present to association. Very honorable contractor.
