FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a phone call, talk about why you need our services, ask about the environment we're stepping into, and discuss a brief plan. On the day of the shoot, we arrive early, set-up quickly, and create amazing images with our equipment. If you're a little camera shy, all Taureau associates have experience on set, and we are very patient and encouraging behind the camera. If you botch a few takes, or stumble over a particular part, we will coach you through it from behind the lens.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I founded my company when I was 18 and started working with customers right off the bat. I'm 25 now, and I have 7 years of in the field experience. As a former camera equipment salesman, I have an impressive arsenal of cinema caliber equipment, and a deep understanding of every nut and bolt. I was formally trained at American Graphics Institute and became an expert on the Adobe Creative Cloud Programs in 2019.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My experience with cameras spans my entire life. I've been playing with cameras for as long as I can remember. There is footage somewhere of 4 year old Nick showing off his new train set. My first paid gig was at the age of 14. I got paid $1,000 to film part of a skateboard video. I founded my video production company when I was 18 and have been working directly with video customers for over 7 years.
