We are a full service private investigative firm to serve all of your investigative needs whether it be for personal, corporate or criminal investigative needs. The two founders of this firm have more than 40 years of combined investigative experience in a plethora of areas. Additionally, we have a proven track record for developing and investigating top quality, high profile cases and providing the best quality protection services. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality services with the utmost level of professionalism, discreetness and integrity. Additionally, we only hire the most experienced investigators and pledge to provide each customer with the attention and dedication that they deserve. How did our firm come to fruition? After a short amount of time in retirement, each of us still had the itch to continue our passion of investigating cases and helping people. We thought what better way to fulfill this passion than to create a private investigation firm where we can dedicate our extensive experience and training to helping others in need in the private sector. There is no greater feeling than that which is felt by helping someone in need. One of our founding members is a retired deputy chief and the other, a retired, highly decorated detective, who worked on a wide range of cases to include sexual assaults, juvenile cases, homicides, child pornography cases, electronic crimes, fraud cases, burglary, and narcotics. In addition, our team has members who are experts in the field of firearms, use of force, etc. We have members of our team who are certified cell phone/tablet forensic examiners, drug recognition experts, experts in surveillance operations, executive protection/corporate security operations and much more! It is our goal to use our team of expert investigators to assist our clients with whatever needs they have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by service and complexity of service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer one-on-one contact with our prospective clients, however we do in fact offer virtual consultations. Our first steps is a minimum of a 30 minute consultation, however, it is often times longer. Once we have a good understanding of the services that will best suit your needs, we then generate a quote for your selected service. If accepted, then we require a retainer to start the investigation. The retainer fee is generally a percentage of the overall quote amount. Once this is received, we complete the requested service and provide a detailed report of all work completed on the assignment. Once the project is completed, we then collect final invoice payment and provide copy of the results in the aforementioned detailed report to include any photo or video files created during the course of the investigation/completion of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maverick Investigative Services LLC only hires experienced, current or retired law enforcement personnel. The two founders of our firm are retired law enforcement detectives with extensive training and experience in solving complex, high profile cases. All of our personnel are experts in several investigatory fields to include surveillance operations, people tracking, executive protection, close quarter protection, online/electronic investigations and forensics, fraud investigations, child custody investigations, domestic investigations and corporate investigations (background checks, education verification, etc.)
