If you are looking for a mason - I cannot recommend Locktight masonry and waterproofing MORE! Truly! Max and his team are fantastic and reliable. Finding a trustworthy company can be tricky today, I had a very unfortunate experience with a different company prior. Max and his team were not only easy to work with but the price was reasonable, the work was completed above and beyond what we talked about, and communication was easy and professional! Again, if you are looking for any work to be completed at your home or business- I would happily recommend Redwood masonry and waterproofing.

Don’t look any further for a masonry company! Armen and his workers are the best! The job was completed on time and the cost was very reasonable. There was excellent communication throughout the project. The result was better than expected. I plan to have my front steps repaired after the winter, so I’ll definitely be giving locktight a call in the spring

Locktight Masonry and waterproofing helped me finally complete a project I’ve been putting off for years. They recently rebuilt a whole leaning chimney, the top of a second chimney, and repointed a large brick wall of my 1910 home. The work looks decent and I expect it will also pass the test of time with regard to mortar composition which I’ve come to learn is important for buildings this old. James is responsive and answered all the questions I knew to ask. The quote was reasonable for this era. Hope to complete a few more projects with their help.

Dan and his team were fantastic in every way! High quality work, very friendly people, efficient, and even finished ahead of estimated timeline. They answered all of my questions and checked in with me at every step of the process. We are extremely happy with the end result of each project they did for us.
First project was waterproofing our (very old) basement, which involved repointing walls and support columns, filling in all gaps/holes around windows, and redoing the entire floor. Next, they demolished a door into the basement and created a brand new bulkhead that will fit under our plans for a new deck. Finally, they repointed the entire foundation outside and put in underground drainage piping (akin to French drains but without the pump) all around our house to pull water away to dry wells, ensuring the basement will really stay dry.
If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We had multiple quotes for this work, and theirs was the best in terms of price, timeline, and attention to detail. We are already planning another project with them because we are so happy with their work. 10/10 recommended Dan and his team for any job you throw at them. If they aren’t the experts for the job, they come with recommendations for other contractors, too!
