FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard or set session fees, although I am always willing to work with clients who may need help with the finances. Our fees vary depending upon the services desired and required, and our clients' situation. Therapeutic services and sessions are more involved as a rule, and thus, a bit more expensive then straight coaching sessions. Many clients opt for (and need) a combination of the two in some form or other, working both with Dr. McGrail and Coach Lynne-Anne. It's really impossible to give exact quotes here, as we treat every client and every case on an individual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by getting to know and understand my clients situation, sensibilities, values, and desires. I then design a customized, personal course of treatment which ensures they achieve the results as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my initial training from HMI, the first nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy. I then earned a PhD in clinical hypnotherapy from Breyer State University. I am a member of the American Hypnosis Association, The National Guild of Hypnotists, and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, all of which require annual continuing education to maintain certification. I am also certified in NLP-- Neuro Linguistic Programming, EFT-- Emotional Freedom Technique, Therapeutic Imagery, Timeline Therapy, and I created my Proprietary Synthesis techniques, the subject of my book, The Synthesis Effect, You Direct Path to Power and Transformation. I continue to learn and train every day to ensure my clients get the very best care and get their results quickly and profoundly.
