I am new to the area, but not to the industry. With 25+ years working with all styles of dining cuisine, from basic down home, to upscale fine dining, and everything in between. I have owned my own successful catering company, worked as a prep cook, sous chef, kitchen manager, catering and sautee chef. I am serve-safe certified within the industry and take food preparation and handling very seriously. I not just some guy with a degree.
