FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on a day rate, pricing does not change based on how short or how long we are needed to film. The reason for this is we don’t double book our clients to make sure you have our time and attention for as long as your project requires it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a creative meeting to discuss the vision and story for the project. Then we create the storyboard and shot list. We film and then I edit the footage. We typically deliver within 30-60 days based on the project complexity. We require a 50% deposit upfront, balance is due before editing begins, typically 30 days prior to filming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Right out of high school I went to UMass Lowell and majored in Sound Recording Technology which I have found very useful in my career as a filmmaker. I have my bachelor's degree in Business Administration and I am currently working on finishing my MBA from SNHU. As far as video training is concerned, I sort of just picked it up. I am a fast learner, but also filmmaker training courses from full time filmmaker, YouTube channels, Masterclasses, and real world on the job experience!
