I had hoped that the gutters would become cleaner. I thought with a little scrubbing it would be.

Quick response. Reasonable price. Had to reschedule by a day. They pruned the trees and bushes in my front yard and they look fantastic. Thanks!

They showed up with out much delay. Removed all the debris and were able to bill me for the payment, rather than having to pay onsite. Very professional and courteous. Would hire again.

Quoted job of 9700 sq. ft. lawn installation at 90 sq. yds. of loam for 3" coverage on Apr 2, 2016. With 50% down payment, only delivered 52 yds. (58%). After 5 weeks of delays, I have uneven, thin coverage with exposed roots, rocks and damage--not ready for seeding. When asked to address issues, owner refused to look at job and became belligerent and insulting, claiming I didn't know what I was talking about. Claiming too busy with other customers to deal with me. No communication regarding future steps forthcoming.
The Grounds Guys LLC.'s reply
Customer was informed of and agreed to timeframe when contract was signed, amount of material although not amount that was discussed was more than enough to provide proper coverage on front lawn area. The customer even informed the crew that they had too much soil in the front yard. Crew reported that customer was concerned, I postponed hydroseeding and sent several emails to try to schedule time to meet with customer that went unanswered, finally I visited site and took note of proper reclamation as well as soil depth in. The customer finally responded to express concern and request another visit to property and I informed him of our guarantee as well as my schedule and the fact that I had already visited property and found no visible issues. Unfortunately due to hydroseeding schedule and the fact that this job was postponed twice for no reason other than customer concern we are unable and unwilling to complete project unless customer pays for hydroseeding up front.
