The gutters look wonderful! The style and placement makes them look like beautiful black trim instead of gutters. Working with legacy was great. They were very professional and prompt. The price was very fair for the work. I appreciate they designed the gutters to address my drainage issues instead of doing a cookie cutter install. I highly recommend their services.

Gave me a very detailed proposal so I could see exactly what they will be doing. They took pictures of the areas I wanted the new gutters installed and annotated each photo of how it would be installed. Answered all my questions and had samples to show me

The team at Legacy Gutter did a good job through the entire process- from quote, to scheduling, to executing on the work. They were very friendly and insightful, walked me through the process of installing gutter guards, and answered my questions after the install was done. They made the prices of repairing a rather large, and high, gutter as painless as possible. Quick response time, clear and detailed estimates (even provided photos) and left the yard spotless after they finished.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon lineal footage of gutter and downspouts installed. Existing conditions and existing gutters comes in to play as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s always helpful for the customer to contact me directly through phone, text or email. The more information you have and even photos help to get the ball rolling so I can build a job profile and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always researching the latest techniques in effecting installation. I am also always talking to manufacturers and suppliers about latest trends and best practices.
