He was very responsive with email and arrived when he said he would, however, he said the job would take 2-3 hours and he was finished after 1 hour and 40 minutes. I expect when I hire a professional that my yard will look better than had I done it myself; it doesn’t. He left debris and leaves everywhere, didn’t edge after adding in mowing as an extra service, didn’t turn the mulch. I have half a lawn bag full of debris already, and that’s just my back yard at this point. He charged a premium price and my yard should have looked pristine and it does not. At all. I was going to hire him for summer mowing but I will not after seeing the type of job he does. No attention to detail or pride in his work.
