FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically the pricing will change depending on how we're getting the equipment we need for the certain event. We are not fully equipped so most of the time we rent the equipment and it's included in the price if we are renting it ourselves. And we prefer to make a firm price for each event rather than charging hourly. But overall, we're always open for offers and we're not worried about the payment, our first priority is customer satisfaction. We make sure the customer is happy with the final product or else we will keep working on it until every bit of the product is the way you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part in this job is meeting people. I believe I'm really good at interacting with new people so I make sure I allow a good energy in my interactions. I always like hearing their ideas and visions before I have my own input. It's never a challenge to work over the phone or a video call or meeting in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from European Film College in Denmark in 2016 as a Cinematographer and a Sound Designer. Before that , from 2011 to 2013 I studied Architectural Restoration in Istanbul, Turkey Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University where I started doing photography and practicing all kinds of arts like ceramic and working with wood and metal materials.
