- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With home remodeling there are so many variables that dictate cost. I’ve had customers spend $2000 on kitchen cabinets and I once had a customer spend $64,000 on kitchen cabinets. It’s really on a job by job basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go out and meet them and try to have a clear picture of their vision so you know exactly what they would like. Then write a very detailed contract so there are no misunderstandings. Communication is key
