- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm luxury photographer who owns a full time business that offers quality customer service and images to each of my clients. My pricing reflects this. I may not be the cheapest but that isn't my goal nor is that sustainable for any legit business My goal is to offer every client top notch service and experience from beginning with my on-boarding up to end with my off-boarding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new clients is booked I send out a welcome email or guide depending upon the job booked. I have my clients follow my blog and ig for new content I create weekly. We connect numerous times before, during, and after your session or event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each month I take a new training to keep my skill set updated and fresh. Once a year I attend a photography or photo booth conference or virtual expo to connect with others in the industry and to keep current with latest trends and offerings.
