I hosted a birthday party and this photobooth was definitely the best part of the night. Everyone loved how the pics came out. Courtney was beyond kind and ready to go. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some standard pricing but every event is a little different and some other things may come into consideration depending on location and the time I have to prepare in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a quick background of myself to let the customer know what kind of person I am and who would be working the event. I make sure I get an idea of the expectations and make sure I can have, and do the requested before we move forward. I like to encourage any questions they may have so I can help answer in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take time to play with templates and make sure how and if I can create things a certain way so I know what I can offer. When updates to my program come out, I take the time to learn those features as soon as I can to get those up and running!
