- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our journey starts with a free consultation, where we explore your unique goals, challenges, and day-to-day life. This initial conversation enables us to offer immediate, actionable insight and begin shaping a plan that truly fits your life, whether you choose to work with us or not. Following our initial talk, we'll kick off our coaching relationship with a 5 day launch process to gather detailed insights of lifestyle, movement, and nutrition to build your program. We then refine your personalized plan through continuous feedback, ensuring it evolves with your needs.

Our credentials span Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), Registered Dietitians (RD), MS in Biokinesiology, BS in Nutrition, and Certified Personal Trainers (CPT) from NASM and ACE, enhanced by specializations in fitness nutrition from institutions like Dr. Layne Norton, American Council on Exercise and Precision Nutrition.
