Wagner and his crew from Milena Construction did a great job replacing some siding and painting the whole house. Wagner was great to work with. I want to add responsiveness and punctuality to the work quality, professionalism and value. His crew were great too. I highly recommend him and his crew.

The overall experience was awesome. Wagner came over and gave a paper estimate the day I made the request. The painter did the job exactly as I described and the quality was top notch. The price for the job was very fair for replacement of on trim board, scraping, priming and then painting. I highly recommend Milena Construction for future jobs.

Ours was a difficult project with a lot of small bits and pieces. There many difficulties in conveying what exactly we needed done. The stair handrail was particularly difficult. But Douglas with initial rundown and then Wagner and his crew with actual execution were quite good. I waited a few days to see how the work held up. I have to say I am quite satisfied with painting, handrail and staining. The Milena crew did a good job for a fair price and accommodated all the complexities and changes.

We had them paint the inside of our antique home. They did a beautiful job repairing some of the old plaster, painting the Trim and walls. Wagoner is very comunicative and professional. I highly recommend Them!
