- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first reach out to us at Walley's Heating & Air, we'll set up a time to come by and check out your HVAC situation for free. We'll chat about what you need, look at your current setup, and then give you a clear quote with all the details - including some great options at different price points and any cool discounts we're running. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule the work at a time that works for you. Our team will then get everything ready, from ordering parts to getting permits if needed. When we do the actual work, we'll keep things clean and keep you in the loop. After we're done, we'll walk you through everything, make sure you're happy, and explain how to keep your new or fixed system running smoothly. We'll also tell you about our warranty and maybe suggest a maintenance plan to keep things tip-top. A few days later, we'll check in to make sure you're still loving your new setup. It's all about making sure you're comfy and happy with our service!
