Introduction
Claudine provides over ten years of professional experience with a family-friendly approach. Our goal is exceed your expectations at a price you can afford.
Venue at the Ponderosa is on a 20 acre property which offers an outdoor ceremony and reception area full of amazing and peaceful views of fields and mountain ridges. It can accommodate up to 150 guests and pricing packages available for a three day rental which gives plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and pack up.
The Ranch, Airbnb, is a 3 bedroom home that provides as a great place to get ready for your special event. It has has a a great room which can accommodate up to 40 seated guests and a dining area spacious enough for a buffet and refreshment stations.
The Ranch also sleeps up to 10 guests.
We also provide full, partial, and day of event planning coordinating.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Claudine for our wedding at the Inn at Weathersfield. From the moment we began, she was organized, attentive, and truly made our day run smoothly.
She ensured our ceremony in the forest ‘chapel’ and the reception flowed effortlessly, handling everything behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy the day. Her calm and professional demeanor gave us peace of mind, and she worked beautifully with the venue staff and our family to keep things on track. The level of care and dedication she showed throughout was remarkable.

Venue at the Ponderosa was the wedding venue of our dreams!! Claudine and her family went above and beyond to make our wedding as special as possible. You can see the incredible amount of work and passion that goes into the upkeep of the property and the quality of service provided. We could always reach Claudine and she always took into account every request as well as provided many helpful suggestions which demonstrates how knowledgeable she is. We overall loved the property and really enjoyed getting to work with her and her husband. We can wait to plan another stay on the property, maybe to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the future!

Claudine was the best! When my day of coordinator had a family Emergency and had to back out of my wedding she steps in in two weeks. She was attentive, experienced, kind and knew how to go with the follow which was ever changing. Haha. If you have an event, Claudine is the way to go. I can’t say thank you enough for saving my day.

Claudine provides full service weddings and events. She is amazing at the responsibility of having the dream weddings and event for her guest. The service is fantastic and is great with the quality of your stay. The views out to die for and are surrounded by them with beautiful green fields. Claudine makes sure everything is neat and tidy with any event. Provides almost anything you would need for an event and is super professional. The quality value is one of the best things about the ponderosa, and having the most amenity’s at your convenience. Claudine is amazing with responding and makes sure everything is right to your liking. I highly recommend working with the ponderosa and Claudine.
