- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are always discounts available on the listing side, and incentives for buyers as well, especially Veterans. Always happy to honor Vets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to get to know them and their plans and motives. Me knowing that they want to buy or sell a home is good, but knowing how that plan is part of the bigger picture in their life helps me to really know how to serve them best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken hours of extra training to get special designations that qualify me to serve my clients at a higher level. I am both a certified Seller Representative Specialist, (SRS) as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative. (ABR) I have also taken classes to learn how to better serve Veterans in their housing needs.
