Gary Senecal and his crew were awesome. I had no idea about concrete and what you could do with it. After a brief talk with Gary I realized I wanted stamped concrete. Never heard of that before but then when I realized that my patio didn't have to be boring grey concrete, it could "look" like cobbletsone or pavers or bricks I was like a kid in a candy store. I have to admit that I changed my mind a few times before settling on the cobblestone (Sorry Gary). Then of course I had to pick a color...........decisions decisions! I did get 3 other quotes and Gary was not the least expensive but after speaking with him I knew he had alot of experience. The other companies sent out someone that looked like they needed to be in an office and really didn't know what they were talking about. Even though they came in much less I truly believe in quality work especially when it is something that is permanent. I am very pleased with my patio and refer anyone that needs concrete to Gary. Thanks again Gary!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With over 40 years experience I believe you get what you pay for. I am not the least expensive compared to my competitors. The work that I do sells itself. If you are looking for the “cheapest” rate then I am not your guy. I believe in doing quality work the first time around.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation in the beginning will give both the consumer and I a good feel for the job that is being requested. I will then come to the project site and evaluate it further if I feel that it is necessary before giving a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a young man I started my concrete experience with an apprenticeship for 3 years before leading my own jobs. Since then I have worked diligently in this field for over 40 years.
