Mel and his team were great from start to finish! We had a relatively complicated project that was on a tight timeline due to other related remodeling, and they got it done on time and without any issues. Removed the old metal roofing, replaced a good amount of damaged board underneath, installed new shingles, repaired some connected edging, and even dealt with swapping out an old chimney wrap and installing some beautiful new skylights. And at the end of the day, the entire surrounding area was spotless. We would definitely recommend them!

From Steven at the office to Mel and Adam on the roof, I have to say the were VERY reasonable and transparent. Needless to say they were one of only two roofing companies that responded to my request this later in the year. They knew I had a horrible leak that was destroying my new bedroom in a house I just purchased and had a panicking wife who's heart was broken. They came days earlier then planned because of my emergency and gave me a great price and the work was done one time and cleaned my yard perfectly! DON'TLOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Save your time and money and call Conde Roofing! You won't regret it! I can't thank them enough and will recommend them to everyone I know for years to come!!

Local friendly company. Called on a Friday after finding a leak from our roof. The owner came on Monday and determined where the leak was and why it was happening. He recommended starting with a simple fix rather than offering some costly plan of action. He was clear that if this didnt fix the problem he has an alternative that is a little more extensive but doable. We found Mel to be helpful and trustworthy!
