I was having some major issues with my Microsoft software due to some corupt files in my registry.....I was very frustrated & Jim ended up being my tech.....he went above & beyond to fix my issue..He was both professional & patient as the process was very tedious as well as time consuming & I am not very patient myself but he was very helpful in explaining to me what was going on, answering my questions & resolving my issue.
