Although the team was polite and super apologetic, they doubled booked their time and failed to inform me of the change of schedule. Once they did arrive the team rushed through what should of been a deep clean of my house in a matter of 2 hours. Luckily before they could leave I did a quick look around the house and found that nothing was moved to be dusted or wiped down. There where still cobwebs and dirt on the walls, ceiling, and floor boards. Although they did resolve the spots that I found during the walk through, they rushed to resolve and wrap up. The reply from the pro is false. I have attached a screenshot of our in app correspondence to reflect they did arrive to my address. Removing a star for being dishonest.

Very friendly and professional. They also met an urgent need and agreed to come late in thr day. The quality wasn't consistent between both cleaners and basic areas were missed in several rooms. I also paid extra for an oven cleaning and the chemicals used were not wiped down and inside was not sufficiently cleaned.

I had an amazing experience and was very happy with the result. My house looked very clean and i loved how prompt they were in answering any questions that i had. I would love to work with them again. I am still in the process of moving and have a lot of work to be done here.
