Had a leaky shower and Matt did a great job working to troubleshoot the issue with me. He arrived promptly and worked within my schedule to take care of the issue. I was offsite at the time, he kept me in the loop via phone text and the app even sent me Pictures and a FaceTime! Really puts care into his work and the people he is dealing with and it shows. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
