Had Tyler come look at our basement freezer. I wasn’t sure if anything was actually wrong with it, but wanted to have it checked out before starting to use it again (it had defrosted a couple of times, and suspected it was due to being off balance… but wasn’t 100% sure). It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the freezer. Rather than charge me his full rate, he gave me a discount since he just had to confirm that there was nothing wrong with it, which was very cool of him to do. He was super friendly and explained everything that he checked and the reason why. Will definitely be using him for future projects beyond just appliance repair.

Tyler was great! He was running a little late but kept me aware of it throughout the morning. He went above and beyond what was required!
