Aleks replaced 2 tiles that were broken in our mudroom along with another small job in the kitchen. He is a true professional and really knows what he is doing. I cannot say enough great things about RatzPro Handyman Service! From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly prompt, answering my request quickly and even coming out the same day. His professionalism was evident both in his demeanor and the quality of his work. I initially hired him to remove an old box spring and mattress and to set up an adjustable bed base and new mattress. He completed this task efficiently and expertly. While he was here, I showed him a set of bi-fold doors that needed replacement, and to my surprise, he offered to handle those the same day! The bi-fold doors ended up being a bit of a challenge because my dryer wouldn't fit with the new doors in place. However, he didn’t miss a beat—he added extra molding to the door frame, ensuring the dryer would fit perfectly. This level of problem-solving and attention to detail was truly impressive. He even took two trips to Home Depot to ensure everything was done right, all while maintaining extremely reasonable pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience.
