Hello! My name is Alexander and I'm a technology enthusiast. I love computers, TVs, smartphones, home automation, and much much more. My primary background is in desktop and laptop support for corporate companies. I do have an associate's degree in computer security & forensics. I have been working in IT officially for over 9 years and have been working unofficially in computers for almost 13 years. I have been working on the side helping private customers for awhile too! I help with setting up new computers, training, virus removal, diagnostics, data recovery, software installation, data backups, home network troubleshooting, etc. I am able to build custom gaming systems as well. I am also well versed in Android and iOS phones. I take pride in providing friendly and knowledgeable customer care. I work my hardest to keep my customers happy.

Alex is very responsive and replied to me in less than five minutes. He suggested me great approach to solve the issue. I can’t appreciate more having someone coming over to solve my computer issue on a Sunday night. He definitely helps me a lot. He got a super fast computer that would back up your data really fast. We also had a nice conversation. In summary, very professional, polite and worth the value.

Alex took charge and efficiently cleaned two computers following a phishing scam. Most impressively he stayed very late, well after midnight, when some of the work took longer than expected. He incidentally resolved a problem I'd been having with my TV.

I reached out today for support and I got a call the same day to discuss my computers issue. The tech took the time to listen and provided me with options I can work with. Also, helped to get my system started over the phone without expectations, which is not heard of. So, I hired him for to do a wellness check on my system and hardware.

I first will review the inquiry and I will send the customer an email. This email will be to schedule a free consultation to determine details about the case. From there, we determine how to proceed and if I am able to help.
