The review only allowed me to select 3 of 5 highlights, but I really wish I was able to select them all. Alex was communicative from beginning to end. I had originally wanted to install a Linux Distro and Alex walked me through the pros and cons of using Linux and allowed me to choose to switch from Windows or not. The initial payment is discussed and Alex does his best to stick to it. There are no surprise payments. Alex will then help install everything at your home and explain everything that he did. At one point he refused to accept payment until we were able to get a game running. Compare this to companies like BestBuy or MicroCenter who charge more for less. I highly recommend this service if you are experiencing issues with with your prebuilt PC or if you built it yourself.

Pricing is typically driven by time and complexity of the case. I am willing to work with my customers and I'll always discuss cost with them before proceeding to provide services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first will review the inquiry and I will send the customer an email. This email will be to schedule a free consultation to determine details about the case. From there, we determine how to proceed and if I am able to help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree in computer security & forensics. I also have years of experience and my fulltime job is working on computers & electronics. I have been working in IT officially for over 9 years and have been working unofficially in computers for almost 13 years.
