- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is uniquely designed and priced per job. Discounts will be discussed with every homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make our first initial call to see what they are looking for, we then send out our energy consultant to do the estimate, schedule the install and then the office will contact the customer with a welcome letter, follow up after the job for payment or any questions the customer has. There is always someone to talk to daily if the customer needs anything, either by phone or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every installer is certified through our Corporate office of USA Insulation for spray foam and or injection foam.
