Overall a great experience. From a very prompt estimate for the work needed, which was less than all the other estimates, to the flexibility of scheduling (availability was sooner than anyone else) to the professionalism and quality of work. The new unit was installed in about an hour. The old unit removed. Everything was clean and organized. I highly recommend!

Excellent quality work done. I'm very happy with his professionalism, quick response, and he showed up within 2 days of my request! He brought the new water heater and had it installed within a few hours. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional thru and thru. Don't go anywhere else! This guy is the only one you will need. I excitedly already have plans to have him install my bathroom!! :) :) :)

Jeff responded to my inquiry promptly. I sent him photos and measurements of the work needed to be done and he gave me an accurate quote on cost. Many other plumbers wouldn't accept photos, wanted to come to my house and charge me for an estimate. The companies that did give me quote, based on the photos, obviously added an estimating fee. Jeff and his assistant were organized and did an excellent job that included pressure testing my heating system. Overall, their work was excellent and a good value I highly recommend Bourque Heating & Plumbing.
