Introduction
Primal Conditioning is a private fitness studio in Keene NH offering in-personal and virtual fitness programs, health and nutrition coaching, and group workouts. I've been a personal trainer since 2010 and received my Masters in Exercise Science in 2012 along with several certifications. I love training women ages 40-80 and specialize in corrective exercise, working around injuries or limitations, and creating customized fitness plans that are more specific and effective than generic workouts you can find online.

Stephanie is my first experience working with a personal trainer, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The program she is working with me on has far outreached my expectations thus far. All aspects of life and health are taken into consideration with Stephanie, and my plan is specifically tailored to target my goals. I thought I knew what to do when it came to working out, and that I was just not meant for it - but Stephanie has opened up a whole new world of strength training to me that I didn't think I would ever be capable of. I'm so happy to be working with her and am looking forward to what I can accomplish with her guidance :)

Stephanie is very knowledgeable about anatomy, physiology, nutrition and behavioral implications on health in addition to be a highly skilled personal trainer. She has the ability to work with many ages and levels of fitness – from teenagers to seniors and marathon runners to someone who has neglected there physical well-being for many years.

Stephanie really listens to me. She's able to understand my goals even when I don't know how to phrase them using physical conditioning language. Then she translates those goals into practical activities that are keeping me strong and healthy.

I've been working with Stephanie for a year. It's my first experience with strength training but I'm active in many other ways and have taught yoga for 20+ years. I've found Stephanie to be very knowledgeable and good at explaining details. I've been impressed by the depth of her knowledge and her skill at adapting training programs to individual needs.
