- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls to request assistance with repairs or renovations, an estimate is scheduled. a Technician will meet with the customer and discuss what is needed and will provide a thorough estimate to go over with the customer. The estimate is completely free. If the customer accepts that estimate, the work is scheduled and a technician or team of technicians will safely and competently complete the job assigned.
