FAQs

Discounts for paying in cash for your project are available. Very competitive pricing since our overhead is very low compared to bigger contractors who charge very high overhead fees. And pass those on to their clients.

Initial introduction over the phone or via email. Meet face to face onsite. Provide some conceptual ideas to get the thought process started and turned into a reality. Talk about the scope of work, duration per scope of work, budgets, client qualifications to see if their ideas are feasible, possible non binding agreement for addition and home projects to get our Architect involved snd start the actual plan development process for permitting and site requirements. Provide a proposal to a client free of charge. Possibly able to negotiate the asking price down pending the size and scope of the project. Great communication and customer satisfaction from preconception to a TurnKey approach.
