Brandon came to my home to assess a floor repair. I told him at that time I needed a floor repair, trim work, some electrical work. He said he would do all of the work for $400. He came and fixed the floor and did the electrical work which he did really well. I gave him $200 at that time. He said he would need $100 more to complete the trim work. Which I agreed to and we scheduled the work on a Sat when I couldn't be there and I left him $300 cash. I came back on Sun to find the worst trim installation - every corner has a huge gap, boards had barely two nails in them & the trim was separated from the walls and not caulked, there was a little caulking was applied in large globs without any finishing on the big cracks in every corner and next to the tub, some baseboards were not even nailed in, other areas were missing trim e.g., in the closet, the transition was cut with the gap in the flooring showing through...just sloppy. Looks horrible.

Brandon responded promptly to my Thumbtack inquiry, was here to inspect situation (and a situation it was) in bathroom with sagging floors/reframing & replacing shower. This is a new, old home for me and I wasn't totally sure what was going on. He was very direct with me about not knowing what we were in for, (price-wise) until some investigative work was done, which, he returned with partner and scope camera to do very quickly and with minimal upset to house. Turns out there was considerable rot/failure in parts of floor that needed to be dealt with ASAP, as well as part of the kitchen floor, (next to bathroom). NO ONE likes this kind of news, but Brandon was very calm/kind in delivering it, providing realistic options for immediate repair, (girl on a budget-I did not end up replacing shower as cosmetic stuff was no longer a priority) and even provided advice in the long term on how to prioritize ongoing/future projects to maintain integrity of this tiny house that needs a LOT of TLC. He and Craig were communicative through process, got the job done quickly, and as a bonus were friendly dudes, (especially to my dog). Would rehire and will recommend to others as they're honest, reliable and provide quality work!

We recently hired Seaside Home Repairs to hang a new flat screen TV in our home. Brandon and Craig were punctual in their arrival time and were professional and friendly. What was most impressive was they met the challenge of having to adapt our existing mounting bracket to the new TV. Their ability to “fix” this is noteworthy and impressive. We would highly recommend hiring this team for any “handyman” tasks.
