- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each student, I evaluate existing understanding of musical concepts, whether formally trained or naturally able. I determine what are the goals and interests, and adjust my curriculum to fit the needs of each student. Whether the student is 6, 16, or 60, everyone has the potential to enjoy musical creation. The piano is an excellent instrument to get introduced to musical studies. Unlike other instruments, it's easy to make a pleasing sound on the piano. And the whole spectrum of musical pitch is right at hand!
